WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE

16-WEEK 1:1 PROGRAM

Each week we will have a LIVE zoom session designed to motivate you, inspire you, and to keep you moving forward to ensure you reach your ultimate goal. This is what we will call "Crossing Your Creek" or overcoming the obstacles that have been keeping you from your goals.

WEEK 1

We will map out your personal path for results so that you have a clear, specific action plan on exactly how to reach YOUR goals.

WEEK 2

We will dig deeper into where you currently are on your journey, and what obstacles you are seeking to overcome so you will create lasting change.

WEEK 3

We will uncover WHY it is important to you that you attain this transformation. This is a pivotal week, because you WHY is the fuel in your tank that will keep you going throughout this journey.

WEEK 4

We will discuss ways to set yourself up for success when it comes to your environment. This way you will be able to focus and stay your course with minimal distractions.

WEEK 5

This is the end of a full month of workouts, nutrition, and habit building. We will evaluate where you are at this point, and make any adjustments that may be needed.

WEEK 6

This week will we focus on removing the clutter in your life that may have been holding you back with previous efforts to create a transformation that you will have for life.

WEEK 7

By the end of Week 7, you will understand what it means to "own" your journey, so that you are fully empowered to take responsibility and be sure you attain any goals you set for yourself.

WEEK 8

You will leave this week understanding how to program your mind to attain goals that you set for yourself. You will understand what it takes to set a goal and ensure that your mind is ready to take you there.

WEEK 9

This week we will check on your progress, as well as make any adjustments necessary to your nutrition and workouts ensuring you continue to get closer to your goal. You will also understand how to power up your perception for a winning mindset.

WEEK 10

You will be starting a new phase of workouts and nutrition. You will also spend time reassessing reflecting on the past few weeks and making sure you're feeling strong mentally.

WEEK 11

You will come out of this week understanding how to stop overthinking and how to start taking action. You will also realize the importance of how removing the need to be perfect can move you to your goal faster.

WEEK 12

Our belief system can be formed at a young age. We will dig into this during week 12. Along with that, we will help you create an UNSTOPPABLE belief system.

WEEK 13

Because taking action and having a winning belief system is imperative in fully transforming your body, we will spend a week digging deeper into those two topics and how they relate to your journey. We will also do our fitness and nutrition check-ins to ensure you are well on your way to finishing strong.

WEEK 14

We are entering the final phase of creating your UNSTOPPABLE mindset, and now we will talk about LIVING! This is where we will talk about any goals you have after our 16 weeks is over, and we will find something that will stretch you and challenge you to keep on your healthy journey.

WEEK 15

We are officially in the last two weeks of your 16 week program. You will leave this week understanding the power in visualization. You will also be practicing visualizing as you prepare to pursue the challenge you set for yourself last week.

WEEK 16

Here's when we get your final results (measurements and photos). We will also recap our 16 week journey together so you are fully empowered to move to the next phase of your journey.

WHO IS

LISA OLONA?

Lisa is a Certified Fitness Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Transformation Life Coach, who has also authored and published Cross Your Creek: A Determined Woman's Guide to Becoming UNSTOPPABLE. Lisa is passionate about helping women transform their mind, body, and lifestyle. Since 2004, she has been helping women achieve physical transformations and create a healthy lifestyle by using 3-phase transformation method.


In her free time, Lisa likes to spend time with her two fur babies, hiking, walking, and snuggling. She also loves quality time with friends and family!

The questions on the form allow me to understand what your challenges are at the moment, and what you’re wanting to achieve. From there, you’ll be able to book a time and date for a FREE 45-minute call on my calendar to discuss your form and see if this program is a good fit for you.
